Well done to all who attended the third SAL match at Poole, not the best of conditions and very little shelter but still some good performances. Good team debut from Alfie Moth and well done to Jodie Jolliffe with two PBs in the 400m and 800m. Craig smashed his 5000m PB but sadly ended up with a slighty ruptured achilles, we wish Craig a successful and swift recovery. Full details are on the RESULTS page.
